Lot #1129.1 - Powered by a 427/425hp big-block engine with 4-speed manual
transmission and FB-code 4.11 posi-traction drivetrain. This rare and desirably
optioned coupe is well preserved with only 48,500 original miles since new. It
was factory ordered in Milano Maroon with Saddle leather interior. This car has
just received a cosmetic restoration by Hi Speed Rod and Custom in Tucson, AZ,
including a show-quality repaint in its original color. A close inspection of the
body revealed no major body panel replacement, as evidenced by its even gaps
throughout the car and overall straightness. Additionally, the frame was very
nice and rust-free. The interior was replaced as needed using all-correct materials
sourced from Al Knoch, including correct leather seats as was original. The gauges
are original with correct 6,500 rpm redline tachometer and 80-lb oil pressure
gauge. It is also equipped optioned with power disc brakes, knockoff wheels,
and gold line tires.
