Bought car in Dec. 21 1974, $1,150.00 at the age of 19...drove until 1978...attempted to restore at that time...married in 1982...3 kids...divorced on 1997...kept car...injured back in 1999...settlement allowed to finish what i started way back when price of parts were reasonable...as of this note the car is almost done 2009...wiring is my biggest hold up...need to buy tires/rims (bought) and start the car...reg. with DMV in CA...am getting close to enjoying the outdoors with the wind blowing in whats left of my hair...pulling it out on certain issue with the restoration...hopefully be driving it by October 2008....well i finished MY restoration in MY eyes..not NCRS correct but its as close as i can afford...2009/2010 Been driving and showing it for a year now...won some trophies...surprised on some and loving every minute that i can share my story of my purchase and restoration.
