Posted 11/23/2019 Las Vegas 2008 Lot #786.1 - Numbers Matching 1966 big block 427/425 Milano maroon Corvette coupe with 26,871 original documented miles, including warranty book and Protect-O-Plate. It is a 4 owner car that has just been completely gone through in early 2008. The car has never been in an accident and is absolutely straight. Original 427/425 coupe, Built in St. Louis on December 17th, 1965, black leather interior, headrests, transistorized ignition, teakwood wheel, telescopic steering column, AM/FM radio, power antenna, tinted windows, side exhaust, knock-offs, gold line tires. Car is very original and is not a frame-off restoration. It has new paint and the engine and transmission were taken out of the car and gone through to make everything as clean and detailed as possible. The car has completely new and rebuilt brake components, interior (carpet and leather seats redone-the rest was very nice). Glass is all original to the car. Front bumpers are original and re-chromed. Rear bumpers are original and did not need re-chroming. Car runs impeccably, drives straight and true, shifts solidly and everything works as it did when it left the factory. It needs absolutely nothing. This is absolutely one of the nicest driving and running Corvettes in existence.
