Engine details: |
Original damaged short block was available w/purchase. Car had 0010 block with orig heads, carb and intake on it. Decent runner. |
Other details: |
Original side exhaust (available) was replaced with newer undermount system and new rear panel. Seats and rugs had been replaced but all else was there and very nice. Very slick 'wash and show' paint/body. Came w/ AZ rims & tires that I traded away in order to put my Goldlines & w/covers on. |

Car history: |
"True Story" I bought this car in the summer of 1998 so I could get rid of my Goldlines (1st ed repops) that I bought from Pro-team Terry back in the mid 80's. After 10+ yrs the wrappers finally fell off and i was tired of moving them. This car was a deal with extra parts and lots of integrity even though the engine was changed and the A/C system had been canalbalized. It didn't sell at Corvettes Carlisle that year( too nice to give away) so I drove it til the snow started falling and then sold it to Mr A.C in Oshawa Ont. From 10ft, the car looked awesome and very correct. My 2nd 65 car but dosen't make my top 10 list. I knew it would awful $$$ to do a frame-off on so it went to another home out there. I still have some paperwork & stories for the current owner. |
