| This is a rebuilt 1966 Corvette M22 close ratio Rockchrusher 4spd transmission in very nice condition.It has a 2.20 1st gear.the close ratio means the rpm's drop about the same when shifting each gear.This trans would also be correct for a 1966 Chevelle and Nova or any 1966 GM production year car.This trans is beautiful inside and out.It has a full mater rebuild kit installed including the new following parts:all M22 gears,torq-lock sliders,shifter forks,bearing retainer,syncros,shifter keys and springs,input and mainshaft bearings,input nut and shim,all thrust washers and snap rings,rear tail bushing and seals,bolts,drain and fill mag plugs,cluster and input needle bearings.This trans is ready to be installed and run,just add oil.It has a 10 spline input for the clutch and a 27 spline output shaft.The trans has no broken ears or areas.no stripped bolt hole threads.The trans turns over and shifts smoothly in each gear.Main case 3885010,tail 3857584,side cover 3884685.This is a numbers matching trans from front to rear.Date code P01005.Vin # 6S103257.The trans having the 010 case and the 584 tail would also be correct for the model year 1967 |
