Posted 11/10/2019 Lot #726 - One of 9,958 made, this is a very early example of a 427/425hp 1966 Corvette finished in Rally Red. It has a black leather interior, tinted windshield, original teakwood steering wheel and telescopic steering column. It also features power brakes. Service replacement original GM M-22 transmission with Hurst shifter and original shifter handle. It has factory GM side exhaust. The original engine retains standard bore and crankshaft. The engine was rebuilt by Bill Caudell Racing Engines. It has four new gold line tires on a set of America's Finest repro knock-off wheels. It was stored from 1994 to 2014.
