Documented 427/425 car since new |
| |
| Car history: |
| I am the third owner, of this car. This is a locally owned car that I have known since the day it was delivered new to my friend. The second owner is a mutual friend and I purchased it from him in 1970. Over the years I have owned a total of 26 other corvettes, mostly C2 and C3 but I am emotionally attached to this car. I had a frame off professional restoration done in 2007 and it is truly a pleasure to drive today as it was back in the day! The as delivered from Chevrolet factory equipped options are listed above. Over the years I have owned this car I have added original factory options to this car: G.M. 1966 power brake dual master cylinder with (reproduction) power booster for the added safety factor of having two separate brake lines, power steering, telescopic steering with original teakwood steering wheel, 4-way flasher option, removable hardtop, reproduction (bolt on) knock-off wheels. It is truly a pleasure to drive now as it was back then. |
