Bought new by Harry Stump, Jr., my high school social studies teacher. in Bluefield , WV. It was saved from a house fire at Mr Stumps house. He started restoring the car, taking it apart in 1991. He sold it disassembled to James Fulford, a fireman, in Bluefield, WV. in 1991. Mr Fulford did not complete the restoration and sold it to me as its 3rd owner on February 14, 2023.
