Super rare Ermine White exterior, two toned white and bright blue interior, both hard and soft White convertible tops. Numbers matching 450hp 427ci engine, 4 speed manual transmission, and 370 posi rear-end. This was one of the first Corvettes built for the 1966 model year, and one of the few to leave before the factory decided to reduce the engine's rating to 425hp. This car shows very well in photos but, it is spectacular in person. This car will please even the most demanding Corvette enthusiast. It has recently undergone a complete frame-off restoration to NCRS standards, including complete mechanical rebuild of matching numbers engine, transmission, rear end, suspension and more. This car is like showroom new!! The paint is perfect with an excellent shine, and no flaws. Chrome bumpers are in excellent condition, with no rust, pitting, dings, or other wear. Convertible soft top is new, and is in excellent condition with a clear window. The factory hard top is newly painted along with the car. Weatherstripping is in excellent condition also. This 1966 Corvette 427 Convertible wears a set of hubcaps in excellent condition, and boast a set of reproduction Coker Classic goldline tires. This car is equipped with a set of sidepipes to give it the street presence that it's top-dog 427ci engine begs for. The interior of this car has brand new seat covers, steering wheel, door panels, center console, gauges, and carpet. Correct GM seatbelts are also present. The engine compartment of this 1966 Corvette 427 Convertible has been extensively restored, wearing recent paint, and is complete with ignition shielding, correct braided ignition wires, and correct hoses and clamps. The frame on this car is clean, rust-free, and nicely detailed as well. Factory features 450hp 427ci engine, 4 speed manual transmission, AM/FM radio.
