Posted 06/05/2017 This is a very nice 1964 Corvette convertible I have been asked to help sell for a friend. He bought this car for his wife to drive since it had an automatic transmission. It has been in storage for years and my shop got it out and ready to sell. The car appears to be very original. It has a nice running 327 motor that appears original and a powerglide transmission which is rare. I have included as many pics. as e-bay allowed to show the overall condition of this car. Interior is very nice and probably original. The mostly original paint has some checking but still shines. The frame and suspension is all original and has NO signs of rust or rot. Bumpers and chrome is very nice. Original size tires and hubcaps look great. The top is nice and goes up and down freely, headlights work correctly, and all gauges and cable drive tachometer work! After going over this car at my shop, I took it for a drive....This car is a wonderful driver...so smooth and so tight! This car is located 150 miles west of Chicago, IL. Thanks, Rich
