Car history:
Information from seller as of 1983: Delivered by Clippinger Chevrolet in Covina California. Original exterior color: Silver Pearl Car was delivered by dealer with American seven inch aluminum wheels and Goodyear blue streak racing tires. First known owner bought car in 1971 and rebuilt motor. Paint was stripped, primed and repaint in 1976. Rebuilt front suspension in 1980 with new bushings, tie rod ends and stock road springs. Interior was refurbished, speedometer and tachometer reworked, convertible top restored, carburetors rebuilt, manifold cleaned, new stainless steel fuel lines and throttle shaft in 1981/1982. Car was then bought by my father in 1983 with a mileage of 75,000. Car was shipped to Germany.
