Engine details:	All original, pad numbers match VIN plate. Original aluminum intake manifold painted orange by previous owner. AIR system complete and functioning. Air cleaner and sheilding complete and original.
Other details:	The owner I purchased the car from has owned it since 1968! he stated that in that time the windshield has been replaced (caught a stone), the carpets have been replaced, the radiator has been replaced and the car has been painted, every thing else is original down to the spare tire. The car retains its original black california plates, its california emissions system and its R-12 Air Conditioning.
Car history:
Purchased at a Los Angeles dealership in 1967 it was traded in my the original owner in 1968 to get the "new" corvette. Second owner purchased it from the dealership in Feb. of 1968. I purchased from him in Aug 2007. Original dealer invoice and all service records came with the car. The tank sticker is still attached to the tank. New information. the original POP plate and book were found under the passengers seat. It shows that the car was delivered to its first owner on Feb 22, 1967 in Pamona California. My goals are to keep the car original and unrestored. I would hate nothing more than for it to fall into the hands of a NCRS type, chomping at the bit to "restore" it to something it never was.
