| Engine details: |
1967 Corvette roadster with the original 327/350 horse engine. This car is the original color combination of Marina blue with black interior. The seats have been upgraded to leather from vinyl. It is a real side pipe car with the mellow sounding GM pipes still intact. It has a numbers matching engine, transmission and rear end. I have receipts to this car going back into the 80's with an engine rebuild in 2002 for over $2000. It is a two top car with a black convertible top and a vinyl covered hardtop. It has 4 new Michelin radial white wall tires and an aftermarket radio. I have the original radio that I have had restored. The carb has been changed but I have the original Holley. The seat covers and the carpet have been replaced, but the door panels and the dash pads are original and nice. The paint has been on it for a while but still has a nice shine. There are some chips, but I would say the paint would be a 7 out of 10. The frame is solid and the body is straight. I can see where the drivers side fender has had a repair at one time. Overall this is a real honest original 350 horse roadster. It drives as good as any midyear Corvette I have ever driven. The shifter is still in the long throw position, and you can tell by driving it that it hasn't been abused. It also has the original spare tire lock still on the tub.
I have pulled the rubber boot down on the gas filler neck, and yes I can see at least a partial tank sticker still intact. It still retains its original plastic floor mats.
