| Car history: |
11/11/2015 Lot #792 - This rare original engine 435 Corvette started life as a GM zone office car number 108 off the assembly line, it was built either the first or second day of 1967 production, confirmed by the NCRS Shipping Data Report. This simply means it was ordered to be special as a GM show car or GM executive's personal vehicle, etc. Fast forward 47 years it sits here today again with its original engine, owner history back to the late sixties, optioned like most would prefer to have a car, 427/435hp, 4-speed, 3.70 posi-traction, power brakes, power steering, power windows, leather seats, AM/FM radio, tinted glass and upgraded with factory side exhaust. Finished in its original color combination of Goodwood Green with Saddle leather interior, Goodwood Green was actually the most popular color on the 1967 Corvette, out selling every other color by a considerable margin. Complete with impeccable judging history from NCRS that includes multiple NCRS Regional and National Top Flight Awards it also has Bloomington Gold Certification, the highest awards from the two organizations that have raised the bar and set the standard for preservation and restoration to factory production and originality standards. All the score sheets are included with the vehicle. It also has the CCAS authentication certificates for the engine, Trim Tag and VIN plate. If you are looking for an original engine factory built 1967 Corvette that is authentic, well preserved and shows with the best of them, this is it. Again the engine it was produced with, in the colors it was produced with, with great options and judged by the best to be the best. Owner history, complete judging records from different organizations, CCAS certification. A real 1967 427/435hp coupe, 4-speed, 3.70 posi-traction, power brakes, power steering, power windows, leather seats, AM/FM radio, tinted glass and upgraded with factory side exhaust. |
