Export Car: Non Export Car
Engine details: Largely original. Edelbrock 1406 carb now on it. Added an electric fan as well for those hot NJ days in traffic. Rest is original.
Other details: New shocks, springs, LED parking and tail lights, new compressor, new cooling system, new rag joint, new wire harnesses (all), new gas tank, etc. etc. etc. Lastly, this is nor ever was a fuelie. Someone stuck the fuel injection emblems on. I love they way they look. I have no desire to try to remove them and wind up needing a 4K front clip paint job.

Car history:
I acquired the car from a gentleman in Arizona. I will get his name in here shortly. He owned it from 2002. I purchased it in 2017. He wasn't much help but said he purchased it as largely original except for the interior which at some point (prior to his purchase) was changed over to 64 Silver. vinyl from dark blue. Additionally he added the Vintage Air A/C system. I have added a walnut steering wheel, power brakes, a dual reservoir master cylinder and a tilt column. Other than the aforementioned changes, the car is still largely original. I have slowly been restoring it with factory correct parts. Just rebuilt the water pump (orig) and horns (orig). Rebuilt the Powerglide as well. Id love to know the story behind the interior color change. The silver/silver shows quite well. I have all the original parts that were removed like the column, original steering wheel, master cylinder, etc. Recently I replaced the rockers with NOS versions, a new top, added misssing shielding, replaced the 64 glove box door and 678 radio with 63 originals. More pics coming soon.
