11/10/2015 Lot #1321 - Complete body-off-frame restoration, every component restored or replaced with a goal towards state of the art original component restoration and a perfect performing car. Has factory Maroon, black vinyl, 4-speed transmission, 4.11 rear gears, F41 HD suspension, J56 HD power disc brakes with dual pin calipers, power steering and side exhaust. Original frame with new bushings, ball joints, bearings and seals, new front springs and shocks, rear spring re-arched, new strut rods, trailing arms and half shafts, new fuel tank, fuel lines and fuel hoses. The brake calipers were rebuilt with new brake lines, blocks, hoses and clips. All components installed with correct hardware. Original cracked engine block included. A correct dated casting was located and restored to match the original, rebuilt using original heads, intake and carburetors, rotating assemblies including clutch and flywheel balanced. Transmission rebuilt with new bearings and syncros. Rear end was rebuilt with new clutches, bearings and side yokes. Single stage urethane with proper texture finish for judging, mint body with excellent body lines, hood and door gaps. Original door and rear glass, new windshield, all seals and weather strips replaced. Bumpers re-chromed, braces stripped and painted. Original grille and side pipe covers were restored. Al Knoch black vinyl seat covers, foam, door panels, carpets, dash pads and headliner, original gauges restored/re-calibrated, radio and speaker were restored, heater box restored with a new heater core. Original correct dated Jack, window regulators and door latches restored. Glove box door restored. Every mechanical item on this car works great and was individually repaired and restored. Runs and drives like new, doors and windows operation is as new, tight and rattle free. Drives, shifts, accelerates, handles and stops as a '67 Corvette should.
