Posted 12/19/2019 Scottsdale 2004 Lot #669 - No expense spared in the restoration of this race car. Originally built as a 396cid/425hp V8 with a M21 close-ratio 4-speed transmission, J50 power brakes, K66 transistor ignition, G81 positraction and F40 heavy-duty suspension. It was raced in this configuration in SCCA a-production events. Converted later to a 327cid V8 and ran SCCA b-production. Then ran trans-am from 1976-1982. The car was restored to b-production specifications. The car has documentation through original SCCA logbooks and current SVRA and HSR logbooks showing recent racing activities. Featured in a four page article in the August 2001 issue of Corvette Cars and Parts magazine. Professionally restored and maintained, with paint and body by Classis Auto Restoration and Sales, engine by Thomas racing, chassis and safety by Robinson racing and Engineering. The car is turnkey and ready to compete.
