Palm Beach 2014 Lot #430 - Matching numbers 427/390hp. This Corvette has received a ground- up restoration. It did not need the body taken off and has not had it removed. The frame is rust-free. Clean and meticulously detailed. Thousands of hours were spent in the process. Complete mechanical restoration in 2009. Engine heads were removed and recently rebuilt. The block and cylinder heads are original. Original 4-speed transmission and shifter. Original spare tire and jack. Coil springs, bushings and shocks were replaced. Brakes and tires replaced. The air conditioning was redone. AC Delco battery was installed. All power options are fully operational. New interior. Car was repainted with the correct original color. More than $150,000 in restoration costs. |
