Posted 03/21/2016 Lot #1425.1 - This original-body 1963 Split-Window Corvette has been beautifully restored. A Resto-Mod with special modifications to make it very unique, yet with all new state-of-the-art components, engine, suspension and drivetrain. This build ensures drivability and superior performance. The professional build was completed during November 2015. This amazing '63 Split-Window has undergone a complete chassis and suspension upgrade featuring an SR3 round tube chassis, C5 suspension, Dana 36 rear with 3.73 gears, C4 rack & pinion, C5 sway bars, ABS electric power disc brakes with drilled, slotted and plated rotors. A new Gen V LS3, 430hp engine was installed and mated to a Tremec 6-speed T56 transmission cooled by a Dewitt all-aluminum radiator fan system designed for the LS3. This Corvette features a Stinger hood, custom center console and custom center exhaust bezel. The Split- Window was wired with a GM Performance Plug and Play system. The Saddle Tan leather interior was custom designed, including Vintage Air, power windows, power steering, power brakes, Classic Instruments gauges, Wilwood master brake and clutch assembly, Ididit tilt steering and custom Bluetooth stereo system. Finishes included PPG Cyber metallic gray paint, all new chrome, 18 inch Goodyear Eagle tires, PVD C7 Z06 wheels and custom 3 inch four-tailpipe exhaust system.
